• Ran all electrical wire and gear to their proper destinations.

• Oversaw the conference to ensure there were no feedback issues or any other technical difficulties.

• Set up the ballroom to accommodate a 60+ member orchestra.

• Set up 30+ microphones in various ways throughout the ballroom to achieve the best sound.

• Sat in on the session in case of any electrical issues or other technical difficulties.
